Here Comes Trouble...
To promote tourism, Capeside has a new slogan, "Fall in Love in Capeside," and a new weekend romance festival, including a kissing marathon. Pacey can't wait, but Andie's not interested. Then there's the contest for best romantic video that Dawson's dying to win, if only he could decide who should be his female lead.
Jen's visiting cousin Courtney might just be right for the role. She's not acting mean anymore. She's actually...nice. Way too nice, think Joey and Jen. And their instincts are right, because when Courtney starts scheming, watch out Capeside!

Summer Camp Clash
Summer is finally here and the gang nab jobs as counselors at Camp Takabec. Jack is the football counselor, Dawson does audiovisual, Joey's in arts and crafts, Jen and Pacey are directing the camp musical, and Andie is an academic tutor for challenged kids.
They're managing to have a blast, even though Jen and Joey both fall for the same mysterious college guy from England. Meanwhile, a friendly color war is developing into "The Sex Wars," pitting the guys against the gals. But who will win this friendship tug-of-war?

Caught on film...
Bessie's restaurant is in desperate need of repairs, so Joey is thrilled to land a high-paying modeling gig...until photos of her wearing lingerie end up on the Internet. Jack keeps his cool, but Dawson goes postal. Only Jen's clear thinking can save the day.
Meanwhile, Pacey hits the weights and his newly toned physique is turning heads. Andie is clearly impressed but so are all the beautiful models he's meeting....

"Play with me," the voice cried.
From day one Joey doesn't like the lighthouse. There's something creepy about it. But now that Dawson has persuaded Jen, Pacey, and Joey to volunteer as summer interns at the local Oceanographic Institute, Joey's been assigned the role of tour guide at the abandoned, forbidding structure.
Her friends think she's stressing out, but Joey swears she's hearing voices. Or at least one whispery, childlike girl's voice, that calls and calls to her. Someone -- or something -- is out there.
"Play with me, Josephine..."

It's the end of something simple. And the beginning of everything else.
Sometimes life happens even when you're not sure you're ready for it. In Capeside, the sleepy New England coastal town where teenagers Joey, Dawson, Pacey, and Jen live, this year the river is running fast. Choices will be made, and chances will be taken. Promises will be broken, and desires revealed.

Stock up on the official "Dawson Creek" spin-off books based on the hit TV show produced by Columbia Tristar television, "Dawson's Creek" airs on Tuesday nights and claimed the title of number one teen show after just four episodes. The four hot young stars--James Van Der Beek, Joshua Jackson, Katie Holmes, and Michelle Williams--have already been featured in "YM, Seventeen, TV Guide, Entertainment Weekly" and "Teen People".

"No one is allowed."
Joey, Pacey, Dawson, and Jen shudder at the housekeeper's ominous words. It's dark and gloomy at one end of the Southern plantation where Jen's cousin Monique lives, and nothing's been touched in the off-limits wing since 1870. Isabella Percy, Monique's relative, died there of a broken heart, waiting in vain for her true love to return after the Civil War.
A spooky mansion, a secret tunnel, a romantic love story, and some voodoo: Dawson is convinced the group is in for the adventure of their lives.
But evil is near.
-
"Whales mate for life."
"At least they know what they want," Joey thinks.
Sometimes her relationship with Dawson seems so complicated. Even more so when her class field trip to Billings Island, a nature preserve off the coast of Capeside, is blown apart by a freak storm. And Joey and Dawson are separated from Pacey and Jen.
Now they're lost in the woods...stranded in an old cabin together, cold and shivering, alone in a storm...eager for warmth....

The temperature's rising...
It's cold, dry, and boring in Capeside, but things heat up fast when Jen gets permission for Pacey, Dawson, and Joey to stay at her parents' empty Vermont ski chalet for the weekend.
Pacey's ready to meet ski bunnies. Jen's wondering if her "thang" for Dawson is really over, Dawson is pining for Joey. And Joey...she's got her hands full with not one but two handsome ski hunks. Looks like they're all headed for a major meltdown....

The road calls...
Joey and Jen totally need a Dawson-free zone, so when Jen's wealthy cousin invites her to an elegant Sweet Sixteen party in New York City, Jen coaxes a reluctant Joey along. Meanwhile, Dawson and Pacey are hot on their trail, dying to know what the girls are up to. The guys hit the road. And the road hits back....
Is high society ready for Jen's ex-boyfriend Billy, and Danny, a sophisticated senior who's totally into Joey? And two sleepless gate-crashers? It's party time....

LIGHTS, CAMERA, SCREAM
Has Dawson's dream finally come true? A low-budget teen horror film is shooting in Capeside and Dawsom deeperately wants to work on the set. This could be the professional break he's been looking for an he's really excited. That is, until Jen lands the job he wanted.
Meanwhile, Joey loves the attention she's getting while spending time with the movie's to-die-for lead.

Stress Much?
Two days into rehearsal, the director of the Capeside Christmas Winter Follies drops out, so Dawson volunteers to direct the town show. But he's finding out the hard way it's easier to direct a small cast film than a giant Christmas pageant filled with friends, family, and neighbors.
Now everybody's feuding with everybody else. Dawson, Joey, Pacey, Jen, Jack, and Andie are all stressed out. Then a tremendous ice storm hits...and frozen hearts begin to melt....
