But the Black Cat Club soon learns that you have to be careful what you wish for. The new food is worse much worse. Suddenly there are eyeballs in the Chef's Salad and worms in the Pasta Primavera! It's up to the Black Cat Club and their ghostly sidekick, Alice to get on the case. But is this mealtime mystery more than they can stomach?

Crescent Pond has been closed ever since Alice Foster fell through the ice and died of pneumonia.One hundred years later, it is being reopened. Robert is psyched--he will finally have a place to play ice hockey!
But people are being pushed right off the ice by a mysterious, unseen force.Is Alice haunting the pond? Or is it the ghost of Emily Jamison--the very girl accused of causing Alice's death long, long ago?
